As part of a new joint project between the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and the Ramat Gan Municipality, it is planned to place a number of public services in central centers throughout the cities. The public toilets include three types of toilet cubicles: men, women and a special cubicle for the disabled with a sink for washing hands. The exterior of the cells will form the advertising walls of the company that places them around the cities.

A pilot project was carried out for this project, in which an example of a single unit of public services was imported from China. The unit weighs about 8,000 kg.
